Параллельно с работой над собственным лейблом он разрабатывает обувь для известных кутюрье. Первым важным заказчиком стал Дом OSSIE CLARK. После этого об обувном мастере узнает весь модный Олимп, и в копилку брэндов, с которыми сотрудничал Маноло, попадают десятки самых известных имен, среди которых – PERRY ELLIS, CALVIN KLEIN, JEAN MUIR, ZANDRA RHODES, YVES St. LAURENT, CHRISTIAN DIOR, RIFAT OZBEK и многие другие.
